As most of us woke up on that faithful day in our country; the United States of America. Our lives were and will always be changed because of Islamic extremists. Who killed 3000 citizens of all races and religious faiths that had no direct contact or supported religious extermists.
These memories are seared into our psychic of the nation we are and became. Those who answered (women and men) the call to duty should never be forgotten for their courage, and sacrifice.
Twelve years later, some of us choose to forget, there are those of us who cannot forget the death of innocents here. Or those abroad who were caught in the crossfire of battle.
Today, we as members of the military community, first responders and the public who supports our service to our communities, and our nation. May we reflect about the LOVE we have for our country. Let us continue to rise above the name calling and politics of those who continue to hate. Those who continue to deny us the medical and mental care we merely ask that is ours.
We owe our Freedom to all who protect it and those will continue to serve our country. God Bless the United States of America !
